Standard Frame Colors

Choose Your
Standard Color.

All five standard colors are available across every window and door product we make — Turn & Tilt, Picture Windows, SMOOVIO Sliding Doors, and more. Every color is engineered to resist fading, peeling, and cracking in Arizona's extreme UV and heat.

Timeless and versatile. The most popular choice for Arizona homes — pairs with stucco, modern, and traditional architecture.

Black
Bold and contemporary. Increasingly popular on modern and desert-contemporary homes throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Warm and architectural. Complements desert-toned exteriors, brick, and Southwestern-style homes beautifully.

Dual-Color Profiles

One window.
Two colors.

Dual-color profiles let you specify a different color on the interior versus the exterior of the same frame. Match your exterior facade while keeping a clean white or black interior — a popular choice on custom builds and high-end renovations where interior design and exterior curb appeal point in different directions. Ask about dual-color options during your consultation.

Beyond Standard Colors

Laminates, Wood Grains
& Custom Finishes.

For projects that demand something more distinctive, GEALAN's advanced lamination technology opens up an extended range of premium finishes — all available through Luft Windows.

Wood Grain Laminates
Realistic wood textures including light oak, honey oak, dark oak, mahogany, and walnut finishes — all the warmth of natural wood with none of the maintenance. Ideal for homeowners who want a timber look on their windows without rot, warping, or annual painting.
Custom Color Laminates
Need a color that isn't in our standard five? GEALAN's extended color range includes hundreds of RAL color options, specialty tones, and bespoke matches. Perfect for builders and architects who need a precise color match to a larger project specification.
How Lamination Works
Unlike paint which chips and fades, GEALAN laminates are heat-bonded directly to the UPVC profile surface during manufacturing, creating a permanent bond. Scratch-resistant, fade-resistant, and engineered to withstand Arizona's intense UV, dust, and temperature swings for decades.
Why Color Lasts

Engineered for
Arizona's Climate.

Arizona's combination of extreme UV, triple-digit heat, dust storms, and wide day-to-night temperature swings is one of the toughest environments for window finishes in the country. GEALAN's color technology is specifically engineered to hold up.

UV Stabilized GEALAN profiles include UV stabilizers that prevent the chalking, yellowing, and color fade that affects lower-grade UPVC products in high-sun climates.
Heat Resistant Profiles maintain structural and color integrity in sustained heat above 120°F — critical for west and south-facing windows during Arizona summers.
No Painting Required Color is integral to the profile — not a surface coat. There is nothing to peel, chip, or repaint. Ever.
Certified GEALAN Technology All finishes are produced using GEALAN-acrylcolor technology — the same system used on GEALAN profiles throughout Europe and tested to international durability standards.

Colored Window Frames in Phoenix, Arizona

Arizona's Widest Selection of
Colored Window Frames

Homeowners and builders across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa are choosing colored window frames as a design statement — not just a functional upgrade. Black window frames have surged in popularity on modern and desert-contemporary homes, while bronze and sandstone tones remain favorites for their harmony with Arizona's natural palette.

At Luft Windows, every frame color is available across our entire product range — Turn & Tilt windows, Picture Windows, SMOOVIO Sliding Doors, and Entry Doors. This means you can achieve a fully coordinated look throughout your home using a single color across all window and door products.

All colors are available for viewing at our Tempe showroom, where you can see full-size sample frames in natural light before making a decision. Color appearance can vary significantly depending on lighting conditions, adjacent materials, and scale — we always recommend viewing samples in person.

What are the 5 standard frame colors?
The five standard colors are White, Black, Bronze, Sandstone, and Anthracite. All five are available across every window and door product Luft manufactures.
Can I get a different color inside vs outside?
Yes — dual-color profiles allow you to specify different colors on the interior and exterior of the same frame. This is popular on custom builds where exterior and interior design schemes differ. Ask about this option during your consultation.
Will colored frames fade in Arizona's sun?
GEALAN profiles include UV stabilizers and use color technologies engineered specifically for high-UV, high-heat climates. Standard and laminated colors are designed to maintain appearance for decades without chalking, yellowing, or peeling.
Do you offer wood grain window frames?
Yes — through GEALAN's lamination technology we offer realistic wood grain finishes including light oak, honey oak, dark oak, mahogany, and walnut. These are available in addition to the five standard colors.
Can I see the colors in person before ordering?
Absolutely. We keep full-size sample frames in all five standard colors at our Tempe showroom. We strongly recommend viewing samples in person as color appearance varies significantly depending on light, material context, and scale.
Are custom RAL colors available?
Yes — through GEALAN's extended color range we can match specific RAL colors and custom specifications for architects and builders. Lead times on custom colors are longer than standard. Contact us to discuss requirements.
